At Webster Conference Center, high demands are put on quality and service in the area of food service. With a great reputation for it’s meals, the food service staff is anxious to accommodate your group’s needs when meeting at Webster Conference Center. A variety of menu options are available to feed anywhere from a handful of people to several hundred. Oak Hollow (previously known as the Dining Hall) can seat up to 550 people at one time, all in a modern, comfortable, fully heated and air-conditioned facility.

How many people can you feed at one meal?
Oak Hollow can easily seat 550 people, but the gym can seat 700 people. During our busy summer season, we will feed 450 people each meal, three times a day.
Can a group opt to have a meal catered instead of using the food service provided by WCC?
Yes. A number of groups have used restaurants and caterers from the area for outdoor picnics, wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and other events.
What if someone in my group is diabetic or has a food allergy?
Not a problem. If you will call and discuss this with the WCC Food Service Director at least 2 weeks prior to your coming to WCC, and let us know of what this person or persons can have or cannot have it would greatly be appreciated.
What if I have a day meeting and do not want a meal; do you provide snacks?
Yes. We can provide an A.M. and/or P.M. snack for your group. They range from a fruit tray, vegetable tray, cheese and cracker tray, cookies, brownies, desserts, mini muffins or danishes. Also a wide variety of beverages are available.
