Wedding Venues

Main Chapel

Located in the Chapel Building. Seats 500 people worship-style, 210 people at 5ft round tables, or 300 people at 8ft x 30in tables.

Small Chapel

Located on the second floor of the Multi-Purpose Building (elevator is available). Seats 150 people worship-style, 80 people at 5ft round tables, or 100 people at 8ft x 30in tables.

MP Commons

Located on the first floor of the Multi-Purpose Building (directly beneath the MP Small Chapel). Seats 200 people worship-style, 100 people at 5ft round tables, or 160 people at 8ft x 30in tables.

Gymnasium

Located on the first floor of the Multi-Purpose Building. Seats 700 people worship-style, 400 people at 5ft round tables, or 600 people at 8ft x 30in tables.

Oak Hollow (Lower Level)

Seats 250 people worship-style, 180 people at 5ft round tables, or 270 people at 8ft x 30in tables

Oak Hollow (Upper Level)

Seats 300 people worship-style, 220 people at 5ft round tables, or 380 people at 8ft x 30in tables.

Oak Hollow (Both Levels)

Seats 550 people worship-style, 400 people at 5ft round tables, or 650 people at 8ft x 30in tables.

Amphitheater

Located on the north end of the grounds approximately 700ft northwest of the Dining Hall. Seats 225 people at wooden benches.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden on the Webster Conference Center facilities. This includes weddings and receptions.

What food service do you offer?

Webster’s catering service includes appetizers and full meals. With the usage of Webster’s catering there is a 5% discount on facility packages and individual room rentals. Please speak with the WCC Office Manager to discuss available WCC catering options, menu and pricing.

Are we required to use WCC food service?

Groups are not required to use Webster’s catering service and are welcome to bring in outside food if that is preferred.

If an outside food service utilizes a WCC warming kitchen a $100.00 kitchen usage fee is applicable. Companies are expected to provide ALL needed equipment for their service.

Catering companies/services MUST meet with the WCC Event coordinator to discuss their set up needs a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.

Is throwing rice or confetti allowed?

Throwing of rice or confetti on the grounds is prohibited. No wheat, birdseed, or any other objects shall be thrown inside any buildings.

Are candles allowed in the ceremony or reception spaces?

Yes, at this time candles are allowed, however any WCC property or furniture that is damaged will have applicable cleaning/damage fees.
