Reservations

In order to put an event officially on our calendar we will need a copy of our event reservation form completed and a deposit. For a reservation form please contact our Office Manager, Sarah Jaster, at sarah@webstercc.org or 785-827-6565.

Reservation FAQ

Do you rent your facility to groups other than Southern Baptists church groups ?

Yes, our facility is available for other groups. We have several other denominations use our facility for retreats. We have family reunions, several businesses have meetings, retreats & parties here. Our local public school system & hospital also have functions here.

How much does it cost?

The cost varies depending on your needs. Pricing varies depending on the facilities you will need and the number of people involved in your event. There is pricing available for day conferences,overnight stays and week packages. Contact the WCC reservation office for more details.

What kind of sleeping arrangements do we have ?

Dorm rooms, with several bunkbeds in each room. You must bring your own bedding and linens. We also have six motel rooms each with a queen size bed and private bath.

How many people can you sleep?

450 people

How many conference rooms do you have?

19 rooms

Do you have weddings at Webster Conference Center?

Yes, we schedule weddings through the normal process.

Do you have wedding receptions or receptions at Webster Conference Center?

Yes we do.

Do you allow alcohol at Webster Conference Center?

Webster Conference Center does not allow alcohol on the property.

Can I smoke at Webster Conference Center?

Yes, in outside designated areas.

Is there a charge to use the Audio/Visual Equipment?

At the present time, there is no extra charge
