Are you an individual or member of a group looking for a ministry project? We are always in need of volunteers and our list of projects is always changing. If you want to drive your RV and stay, that’s fine. If housing is available, we will provide a place for you to stay and take care of your meals as well. If you have a heart for ministry, we have a place for you to serve.
For even I, the son of Man, came here not to be served but to serve others, and to give my life as a ransom for many” Matt. 20:28
Webster can always use volunteers for the upkeep and improvement of the Conference Center. It is important to understand that most volunteer needs are of a physical nature and require the volunteer to be in reasonably good health. As a general rule we do not have sedentary jobs for volunteers. Please be conscious of your physical abilities when requesting volunteer mission projects. Our volunteer needs include grounds and landscaping, painting, cleaning, kitchen staff, hospitality service, carpentry and many others, based on the need at the time.
We are very thankful for the many volunteers that serve at Webster and we want to make your service here at Webster as cost effective as possible. In addition to our gratitude of your service, please see the per person volunteer cost guidelines below.
Our long-term and summer volunteer policies are determined individually. Please call Bill Cooke (785 827-6565) to discuss long-term volunteer opportunities.
Please note we cannot guarantee group meeting space for volunteer groups. We will do our best to provide space, but it will be on a space available basis.
Volunteer etiquette while at Webster. Many times volunteers will be working while paying groups are using the facilities. Please remember our paying guests have First priority of staff, dining, meeting space and outdoor facilities. Volunteers are expected to represent Webster Conference Center in a positive manner at all times.
Thank you for your interest and future volunteer service!
